Important Message for Walgreens and Duane Reade Pharmacy Customers:
Beginning January 1, 2012, Walgreens and its affiliates, Duane Reade, Happy Harry’s, Schrafts, Walgreens Infusion Services and OptionCare, will no longer be in the Healthfirst pharmacy network. If you are using any of these pharmacies, you will need to move your prescriptions to a new pharmacy in our network.
The good news is, it’s easy to change pharmacies. You have a lot of choices in our network, and you can move your prescriptions to a new pharmacy in the Express Scripts’ network by doing any of these things:
- Take your prescriptions to a new pharmacy
- Ask your new pharmacy to call your old pharmacy for your prescriptions
- Ask your doctor to call your pharmacy with your prescriptions
Please call our Member Services Department today, and a representative will be happy to help you find a participating pharmacy near you and help you transfer any current prescriptions to that new pharmacy. You can also call Express Scripts at 1-877-266-1484, TTY 1-800-899-2114, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for help as well.
