Healthfirst NJ is licensed and operating in 7 counties for Medicare (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, Passaic, Middlesex, and Somerset) and 12 counties for NJ FamilyCare/Medicaid (Atlantic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union, Passaic, Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Morris, Sussex, and Warren).

Our growing network includes:

• More than 1,000 Primary Doctors (PCPs) in 2,000 locations

• More than 1,500 specialists in 2,800 locations

• 8 FQHCs with 167 providers in 36 locations
