Healthfirst Health Plan of New Jersey, Inc. (Healthfirst NJ) is a not-for-profit managed care organization dedicated to providing low- or no-cost health insurance to eligible individuals and families in various New Jersey service areas through Medicare Advantage plans and NJ FamilyCare.*
