Medicare Advantage Plan
Our Medicare Advantage Plan gives you the coverage you need. Individuals with Medicare and full Medicaid benefits who reside in the service area may be eligible for the NJ Medicare Advantage Plan from Healthfirst. To learn more, click here.

NJ FamilyCare is a federal-and-state funded health insurance program that offers Free or low-cost health care to children 18 years old or younger and certain low-income parents and guardians. We want to help your family find the coverage you need.
